Scott Sinclair has already featured in more league matches in his past two weeks at Aston Villa than he did with Manchester City throughout the first half of the campaign.
He has started on league match and come on as a substitute in two others since joining the Midlands club on a loan deal till the end of the season. This is his second loan spell to the Midlands after having spent time at West Brom only recently.Sinclair will be hoping to make this loan spell count, as the 25-year-old approaches the best spell in his career.
Villa recently appointed Tim Sherwood as their new manager after Paul Lambert was sacked as the manager after poor run of results that left the club in the relegation zone. Sherwood is expected to be at Villa for the next three and half years. The former Tottenham manager is known for giving a number of lesser-known players an opportunity in the first-team.Sinclair is hoping that this will help him get more first-team opportunities than before. Even though Sherwood is thought to have played a major role in the club’s 2-1 win over Leicester City in the FA Cup, his proper job starts this weekend when the club take on Swansea. …
